Work
Five products on the same stack.
Three internal tools, one commercial SaaS with its own back-office, and a personal cockpit for the operator running them all. Each built fast, kept honest about scope.
- Personal productivity app
Brain
in private betaPersonal AI cockpit for the operator's day.
Brain pulls together every calendar and email inbox in one place, then uses AI to plan your day, surface what matters, and bury what doesn't. A second module handles health: sports, nutrition, and recovery, so the same operator who runs the businesses also has a single view of the body running them.

Easy Host ERP
liveHostaway gets you 90% of the way. This is the 10 percent — and beyond.
A purpose-built operations system for a roughly sixty-listing short-term rental business across nine Finnish cities. Closes the gap Hostaway leaves on the table, then expands into capabilities the off-the-shelf PMS doesn't offer: listing studio, owner monthly reports, contractor task flow, custom booking site, AI replies with confidence ranking.

Caravan Helsinki Management System
in production with first customersFleet and booking ops for a campervan rental business.
Operations system for Caravan Helsinki, a campervan and motorhome rental operating from Hermanni. Manages the fleet, bookings, handovers, damage logging, and the expansion model where the business hosts other people's campers on a 30 percent commission. The system that makes the growth model possible.

Pisteo
in production with first customersLive demoA full operations platform for casual restaurants and bars.
Pisteo is the commercial product: a comprehensive operations platform for casual restaurants and bars. Guests scan a QR at the table, build a tab on their own phone, and pay in one charge at the end. Behind that, Pisteo runs the kitchen workflow with thermal printer and web KDS, takeaway and reservations, multi-station routing, the staff roles and permissions, the analytics, and the restaurant's own opt-in marketing list — the customer relationship Wolt and Foodora will not give back. Originally codenamed Mesa, now its own brand.

Korppi Console
in production with first customersThe multi-brand back-office behind every brand Joona ships.
A multi-brand operator console that owns the funnel end to end: prospects restaurants from Google Maps, enriches decision-maker contacts, drafts personalised cold openers, runs reply-aware drip sequences, classifies inbound mail, books demos, tracks MRR, and handles support email. First customer is Pisteo. Easy Host, Caravan Helsinki, Umami Catering, and Papu Studio plug in by changing one config value.

Autonavaimet
in production with first customersOne Next.js app where there were four legacy vendors.
Garage Corporation Oy runs the autonavaimet.fi key, lock, and auto-electrics workshop and the autelsuomi.eu B2B parts catalog. The legacy stack was Magento 2 (bleeding security updates), Tehden POS at the till, Paytrail for online payments, and a separate scheduling tool the workshop staff could not reach. We collapsed it into one Next.js app: public booking calendar, in-shop status board on a TV, kassa with sequential receipts, B2B catalog with credit gates, inventory ledger, performance dashboards, Finnish bank-holiday awareness, and the migration off Magento on its own schedule.
