Anystay

The internal system that became a product.

A property management platform built inside a working short-term rental business of roughly sixty listings across nine Finnish cities, now heading into beta for other operators. It started as the ten percent an off-the-shelf PMS leaves on the table — owner statements, cleaning rotation, contractor flow — and grew into a multi-tenant system with its own channel connections, guest messaging and AI layer.

Pisteo

A full operations platform for casual restaurants and bars.

Pisteo is the commercial product: a comprehensive operations platform for casual restaurants and bars. Guests scan a QR at the table, build a tab on their own phone, and pay in one charge at the end. Behind that, Pisteo runs the kitchen workflow with thermal printer and web KDS, takeaway and reservations, multi-station routing, the staff roles and permissions, the analytics, and the restaurant's own opt-in marketing list — the customer relationship Wolt and Foodora will not give back. Originally codenamed Mesa, now its own brand.

Workshop and trade platform

One app where there were four separate systems.

A Finnish key, lock and auto-electrics workshop that also supplies parts to the trade. The business ran on four separate systems: a legacy e-commerce platform, a point-of-sale at the till, a payment provider online, and a scheduling tool the workshop floor could not reach. We collapsed it into one Next.js app: public booking calendar, in-shop status board on a TV, till with sequential receipts, trade catalog with credit gates, inventory ledger, performance dashboards, Finnish bank-holiday awareness, and a migration off the old platform on its own schedule.
