Workshop · at your office
Software development in the age of AI
A one-day workshop for teams who want to understand what AI-assisted building makes possible, and to start their own tool before the day is over. Person-led, not a programming course.
Who it's for
- Teams and entrepreneurs who have used AI as a chat window and want to see what it does with your files, your tools and your data.
- Companies that know which spreadsheet, form or manual process is costing them time, and want to try building the replacement themselves.
- People with no programming background. If you can describe what you want and check whether it works, you can do this.
- Groups of up to twenty, in one room, with their own laptops and a Claude Pro subscription.
What the morning covers
- 01What has actually changed: why custom software is no longer reserved for companies with a budget, and what the person at the keyboard still has to decide.
- 02The map: the three parts every application is made of, where the code lives, and what a small app really costs per month.
- 03Claude Code in practice: the work loop, the memory file that holds your rules, connectors to the tools you already use, and how to keep token use in check.
- 04Two real examples from our own products, from the first rough version to a process nobody else has, with the numbers.
- 05Where AI fails and the pitfalls everyone hits once: trusting "done", secrets in the code, error messages that lie, a check that can't fail.
- 06What integrations cost, and how to handle personal data by collecting less of it.
- 07What is still hard after ten years: keeping scope, other users, and sales.
- 08A live look at a production app built this way.
What you leave with
- Your own project started, running on your own machine, and you know what blocked you and how it was solved.
- The Claude Code Starter Kit: setup, first app online, a CLAUDE.md template, safety habits, ready prompts.
- The slide deck as a PDF, and a feedback channel back to us for the questions that come up the week after.
- A clear picture of what to build next, what it would cost, and which parts to buy instead of build.
What it is not
- A programming course. We don't teach Git, the terminal or a language; the kit points to good free sources for those.
- A promise that your app is live by the end of the day. Some are. The goal is a working start you understand.
- A remote session. This only works in one room, with everyone on their own laptop.
- A sales pitch for us building it. You own everything you make; we are the trainers.
Formats and pricing
Prices exclude VAT (25.5%). Invoiced after the session. No setup fee.

- Always at your office. Travel beyond 30 km from Helsinki is charged at €0.80 per km, covering time and mileage.
- Each participant needs a Claude Pro, Max or Enterprise subscription. It is not included in the price.
- Pre-material is sent two weeks before: accounts to create, one video to watch, one problem to bring.
Pilot price for the first three companies
The first three companies to book before 31 December 2026 get 40% off, in exchange for a named reference, a quote we can publish, and photos from the day.
Practicalities
- One room, one projector, everyone on their own laptop. We bring the rest.
- We run Claude in English, and recommend you do too: it works noticeably better. Your app can be in any language.
- Bring one real problem per person: something you or a colleague do by hand today. That becomes the afternoon's project.
- Photos may be taken for our marketing; anyone can opt out on the day.
